You hold a demarcated agricultural parcel with its own boundary and its own papers. That is the first and simplest part. The parcel is yours in the ordinary, complete sense of the word.
What is Shared
The internal road, the water infrastructure, the common landscape. These are held and maintained collectively, which is why they stay usable in the month when it matters most.
What is Managed
Planting, upkeep, seasonal work and the small daily attention that farmland needs. You decide the direction; the routine is kept for you. Nothing is removed from your control, only from your calendar.
